ELITE Structured HYROX Training for BUSY Athletes

Training out of resilience fitness East York

Hi, I’m Moe, a self-employed tech professional, HYROX L1 Performance Coach, and athlete based in Toronto. I didn’t want to choose between growing my career and being in peak shape. I needed training that worked with my schedule, not against it — that’s why I created Hyper.

Hyper at a glance

A structured HYROX training program for busy athletes who want real performance without sacrificing their schedule — with zero guesswork. With non-repeating workouts, expert coaching, and a small group of up to 8 athletes, you’ll build strength, endurance, and stay race-ready year-round.

The Hyper phone app

The Hyper phone app is where your training lives. Weekly non-repeating workouts delivered straight to your phone, every rep, weight, and run tracked in one place. No spreadsheets, no guesswork — just open it, hit your session, and go.

Choose Your Path. Train Hyper.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions

Most mainstream HYROX programs are app-based, built by full-time professional athletes for a global audience of thousands. They’re excellent — but they’re designed from the outside looking in. Hyper is different in three ways: it’s built by a busy tech professional who trains around a real work schedule, so the programming actually respects the demands of a full work week; it offers in-person coaching in Toronto, not just a screen; and the room is capped at 8 athletes, so you get a coach who actually knows your training history, your weaknesses, and what you need that day — not a generic plan pushed to every subscriber.

Hyper is built specifically around HYROX race preparation, not general fitness. Every session has a purpose tied to how you’ll perform on race day — running economy, compromised running, station efficiency, and race-pace endurance. It’s also capped at 8 athletes, so you get real coaching, not a crowded class.

The Online plan gives you the full Hyper program through the app — weekly non-repeating workouts, progress tracking, and structure you can follow anywhere on your own schedule. The In-Person plan includes all of that plus semi-private coaching at Resilience Fitness in East York, hands-on feedback, individualized supplementary work, and training alongside your coach and up to 7 other athletes.

Training is at Resilience Fitness in East York, Toronto (rated the #1 HYROX training gym in the GTA by BlogTO). Main training days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays (every other week), with session times flexible based on the group’s preferences collected through the Training Time Poll. The rest of your week is running-focused — done on your own schedule or coordinated with the group based on everyone’s availability. Flexible training times are built for busy professionals. Choose sessions that fit your schedule.

Yes — that’s literally why Hyper exists. I built this program as a self-employed tech professional who refused to choose between career and peak fitness. The schedule, session length, and program structure are all designed around people with full calendars.

No problem. There are no fixed start dates or rigid training blocks. If you’re on the Online plan, you train on your own timeline. If you’re In-Person and have to skip, your workouts are in the app so you can keep progress on the road and pick back up when you’re home.

Everything lives in the Hyper app — reps, weights, runs, and session history. You’ll see your numbers move over time, so consistency actually feels tangible.

No long-term contract. Both plans are month-to-month, and both start with a 7-day free trial so you can feel the program before you commit.

Yes, subject to availability. In-Person is capped at 8 athletes, so spots open when they open. If you’re on Online and want to move up, just let me know and I’ll add you to the waitlist.

The In-person group is for athletes who are serious about showing up consistently and contributing to a small, committed room. If that sounds like you, fill out the contact form and we’ll have a quick conversation to make sure it’s the right fit — both ways.
